I went to New York for Thanksgiving break and brought to pearl necklaces. it was beautiful, and the customer service was amazing! however, after only two months of wearing, my necklace broke. I DM to Instagram account and you guys shift me a new one and all I had to pay was shipping. I was very impressed with the customer service and also recommended the storage to my other friends who lived in New York.
